Does RentiD register deposits under the recognised Tenancy Deposit Protection schemes?

By RentiD Admin

As a landlord it’s your responsibility register your tenants’ deposits within 30 calendar days of receiving them as per the Housing Act 2004.

RentiD can register your tenancy deposit with TDS Custodial – one of the official government-backed Tenancy Deposit Protection schemes (TDP) and then forward the prescribed information to all parties for a fee of £20 incl. VAT.
