We’re a modern, online business and as a result, we are well equipped for business continuity.  Throughout the on-going COVID-19 pandemic we have continued to deliver much needed value to landlords, property managers and tenants.

Access to our Digital Assistant app, Rightmove, Zoopla and PrimeLocation remain uninterrupted.

By using our Digital Assistant app during this challenging time you can stay in control of your properties and tenancies by maintaining direct contact with your tenants or landlord.  By utilising our platform you can also raise and manage any essential repairs and emergencies.

RentiD’s back-office infrastructure is cloud based with all operations including our call centre already home working prior to the current situation.

As lockdown measures have lifted, we are now able to offer services such as managed viewings, property inspections and check-ins/outs.  Unfortunately, Rent On Time Guaranteed continues to be unavailable to new customers but we hope to reinstate this soon.
