RentiD announce ‘Intelligent Partnerships’ with smartPROP and Marpol Security

Both internal and external security measures and regular property inspections are essential to ensuring insurance compliance and preventing the deterioration of vacant property in order to maintain its value and allow for speedy re-occupation.

Both smartPROP and Marpol Security can tailor make industry accredited solutions for landlords like you to protect your vacant property for your complete peace of mind.

This can include: void property inspections (with digital reporting via the smartPROP app), installation of monitored alarms, CCTV with 24 hour remote monitoring, physical security measures, alarm response, lock changes and key holding and everything needed to make safe utilities i.e. water, gas and electricity.
