Corporate tenant
We introduce you to a corporate tenant for your investment properties. This corporate tenant is the person you deal with and who pays your rent. They are responsible for sourcing high quality, professional sub-tenants as well as the management and maintenance of your property.

Everything is covered from rent collection and dealing with any issues so you don’t have to.

Minor maintenance, cleaning and redecoration (if required) all included
Our corporate tenant will keep your property clean and well maintained up to the value of £500 per year. At the end of the contract, they’ll return it in the state you rightly expect.

Access to RentID with Digital Assistant Lite for the duration of the contract
Although the corporate tenant fully manages the property, we provide you with access to our Digital Assistant for the duration of the agreement to store any relevant documents and communicate with the corporate tenant. This also enables your approval and oversight of any maintenance requirements that exceed the £500 annual allowance.
