Powered by Lettspay, each property (or HMO unit) is assigned a Digital Wallet that acts like a designated client money account 100% controlled by you. Property Managers can even deduct agreed fees.

Start of Tenancy Assistant
Unique to RentiD, a guided step-by-step virtual assistant to help you adhere to best practice and any current legal requirements when dealing with new tenants. We make what can be a complicated process a breeze.
Standard AST agreement
We’ll include a standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement for your tenants to sign (unless you prefer to use your own). If you’d like something tailored to your specific needs we can arrange that too with one of our partner legal partners at low cost.
Professional photography and floorplan
Eight professional photographs plus floor plans to get your property beautifully presented and let fast. Did you know, you may not own the property photography and floorplans your current agent produced on your behalf? With RentiD, the photography and floorplans we provide are yours to keep for whatever you may need them for.
3D virtual tour
With an interactive 3D virtual tour added to your property listing you can increase interest whilst saving time. You can do away with video call viewings and reduce the need for physical viewings – limiting these to serious prospective tenants who already have a stronger impression of the property.
Data entry and copywriting service
We will gather key information and write-up the particulars of your property so that it’s ready to be marketed on Rightmove, Zoopla and PrimeLocation. This will help you get the most out of the RentiD Digital Asssitant app from the get-go with minimal hassle.
Tenant referencing x2 tenants
Our comprehensive, tenant referencing includes a right to rent check, electoral roll verification and a full check for adverse credit, bankruptcy orders and IVAs on all declared and undeclared addresses. Plus our expert team will engage with employers, accountants, pension providers, landlords and letting agents to verify earnings and references to provide a detailed report for you. They also have the ability to assess students, applicants with independent means, retired applicants and companies.
Our eviction cover offers a full legal eviction service should the tenant default on rental payments in the first 12 months. We will seek to repossess the property and will pay the costs associated with doing so. If the tenant fails to vacate on expiry of a Section 21 notice (England and Wales only) we will cover the costs of eviction for you. The service includes initial advice from fully ARLA qualified staff, engagement with specialist solicitors and representation at court if required. Eviction cover is provided by Let Alliance – a trading name of Barbon Insurance Group Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for insurance distribution.
Collection of move-in monies
We’ll collect the first month’s rent and tenancy deposit in advance of the move-in date.
